Registrations will be accepted until January 29.

Rain will continue throughout the morning, changing to snow showers later this afternoon, which has prompted a Winter Weather Advisory for the lower valley areas such as Carson City and Carson Valley. Forecasters urge motorists not to travel into the Sierra today as several feet of heavy snow will impact roadways and travel.

Dayton's Children's Performance Choir to perform at Carson City retirement home

Long St in Carson City. It will be Saturday, Dec. 15 at 2:30 p.m. and opened to the public as well as the residents at the Plaza.
The choir is from Dayton, Nev. and will be singing 15 numbers which includes new, old, and some songs written just for this occasion with two special guest soloists.
Please come and join the fun and listen to some very fine singers from 2nd grade to 6th grade.

The siblings started performing at an early age. Donny first entered the public eye when he joined his older brothers’ singing group,”The Osmonds,” and appeared regularly on “The Andy Williams Show.” Donny and Marie both recorded solo albums before joining forces to star on the 1970s TV variety show “Donny & Marie.”
