Keep Tahoe Blue Volunteer Weed Pull

Volunteers will be helping to remove invasive weeds that are threatening Tahoe’s native plant species and wildlife habitat. Learn about invasive weeds and how to properly remove them. Homewood project approved by Tahoe Regional Planning Agency; League responds

Long-time League to Save Lake Tahoe director resigns
Submitted by admin on Wed, 09/14/2011 - 3:29pmLeague to Save Lake Tahoe Executive Director Rochelle Nason has resigned today, effective October 2011, after nearly 20 years of working to protect and restore Lake Tahoe.
League Program Director Carl Young will serve as interim executive director, with Nason serving as a senior advisor, until a new executive director has been selected.
Federal judge rules against new piers and boat facilities at Lake Tahoe
