Tahoe South extends summer with festivals, live music and lakefront laser show

Tahoe South will host a magnitude of events extending the season from Labor Day into October with entertainment, culinary festivals, music, outdoor recreation, competitions and a lakefront laser show.
Jewelry Scam in Carson City

The problem is that the jewelry is fake. In several instances the victim purchased the items from a mother with two children. Most of the pieces we have seen is marked 18K but contains no gold. The scam is someone approaching you with a story of needing money and wanting to sell their jewelry. Be aware that this type of activity may be a scam with fake jewelry.

Grab summer with both hands and go enjoy this beautiful city. The Brewery Arts Center brings Dennis Johnson and the Mississippi Ramblers to the stage for tonight’s free concert. Check out the Railroad Museum for your fill of music and antique motor cars.
