Carson City men face multiple drug charges after meth and pills found

Two Carson City men, one who is reportedly a former police officer, face drug charges after methamphetamine and pills were discovered late Thursday night.

John Logan Christopher, 29, faces felony charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail has been set at $11,264. Kameron Mariolo, 24, faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance. His bail has been set at $2,500.

Man confesses taking computer equipment from Carson City Parks and Rec office

A Carson City man faces felony burglary and possession of stolen property charges after allegedly taking an office computer scanner disc from the Carson City Parks and Recreation Department office at 851 East William Street on Sunday.
Timothy Souza Whitmer, 18, confessed to the burglary on Monday, according to the Carson City Sheriff's Office arrest report. He is being held on $25,000 bail. A second person in the burglary has not been identified, according to the arrest report.

Carson City man faces felony false imprisonment, burglary and conspiracy charges

A Carson City man faces multiple felony charges after he was arrested without incident on June 18, following crimes allegedly committed on June 16.
Nyle Anthony Silva, 23, is being held on felony burglary, false imprisonment, and conspiracy charges; and misdemeanor battery and violation of bail conditions charges. Bail has been set at $79,000.

According to the arrest report, on June 18 at about 4 a.m. officers responded to the area of David Street and Stewart Avenue attempting to locate Silva, who was wanted by the Carson City Sheriff's Office.

Carson City man may face charges related to Monday stabbing in Washoe Valley

A 30-year-old man who was already in custody today at the Carson City jail, is a possible suspect in the wounding of a victim on Monday in Washoe Valley, authorities report this afternoon.

Deputies arrest Carson City man on assault with deadly weapon charge

A Carson City man faces several charges, including assault with a deadly weapon, following an incident early Saturday morning where he allegedly held a piece of glass to the neck of a victim.
According to the arrest report, deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute in progress at around 4 a.m. Saturday morning. The person reporting the crime told dispatchers they would be waiting in a blue Dodge Durango.
