Carson City Wine Walk

Plenty of sunshine and warm weather for Saturday's Downtown Carson City Wine Walk. That will change, however, as a cold front moves into the region, dropping temperatures for Sunday and Monday, the National Weather Service reports.

Temperatures will be in the high 60s around Carson City with breezy conditions Saturday before the strong cold front is expected to bring gusty winds and showers by late afternoon and evening with much colder temperatures for Sunday and Monday.

The Goddess' Shoppe grand opening week continues Saturday, 10am to 5pm, with a Psychic Faire during the Downtown Carson City Wine Walk - beginning at 1pm.

The Shoppe, a wellness resource and healing arts center, is a supporter of the Esperanza Foundation - partial proceeds from this event go to this non-profit organization committed to the healing of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder through specialized programs for Domestic Violence and Veterans.

Carson City Pottery School will be demonstrating pottery making at Caterpillar’s Hookah Lounge on Carson Street during wine walk this Saturday, June 1, from 1-5pm.
