The COVID-19 Mitigation and Management Task Force met Thursday with seven counties flagged last week for having an elevated risk of transmission of the coronavirus. Carson City Health and Human Services is reporting that there have been two bats that have tested positive for rabies in Douglas County within the last two weeks. There was both animal and human exposure to these bats.
