CARSON CITY, Nev. – 2015 marked the opening of one of Reno’s original, locally-owned cannabis medical dispensaries and cultivation facilities, Sierra Wellness Connection. A year later, and on the heels of the approval of Question 2 legalizing recreational cannabis in Nevada, Sierra Wellness opens its second location in Carson City, Nevada, Nov. 15, 2016, capping the limit allowed within the city for two dispensary locations.
