2019 Carson City National Night Out earns top 3 rank in the nation

Carson City awarded historic marker commemorating Women’s Suffrage in Nevada

The unveiling of the historic landmark is scheduled for Dec. 10, 2019 at 1 p.m. The landmark will be unveiled in front of the Legislature, adjacent to Carson St. near the crosswalk to McFadden Plaza, previously known as 3rd St.

Download your Letters to Santa form from Carson Now, and you can send it off to the big man at the magical North Pole mailbox, which will be available for letters during the Homestead Holidays celebration Dec. 13-15, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Silver Saddle Ranch in Carson City.

They offer kilts and products for less than $100, which is more affordable to getting the tartan fabric and having it made, which places the costs into hundreds of dollars. Sport Kilt already offers a California State Tartan. The contest deadline is Nov. 1 a day after Nevada Day!
The kilt manufacturer has told Puchert if he can show a significant demand for the tartan style, they would consider offering it as one of their products next year.
