Carson City School District to offer preschool at Boys and Girls Club
Submitted by editor on Mon, 07/24/2017 - 10:06amThe Carson City School District has partnered with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Nevada to house a new Pre-K (preschool) classroom at the Carson City clubhouse located at 1870 Russell Way. Twenty students between the ages of 4 and 5 will receive full-day instruction this school year Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Though the school year is concluded, teachers will be talking about this class for some time to come. According to CHS government teacher Angila Golik, “This is an amazing class of great kids, a huge accomplishment since there are close to 500 seniors in the class.”

Nearly 40 students from Silver Stage High School explored the WNC construction management and manufacturing programs. Immediately, I thought this animal will need to be helped and will not be able to come down on its own.

Three jailed after Carson City sheriff’s deputies break up burglary ring
