Carson Librarian to speak at Democratic luncheon

December 12, 2022 - 1:00pm The featured speaker at Monday's Democratic luncheon will be Carson City Librarian Joy Holt, who assumed the position on October 1st after serving several months as acting director. Her predecessor, Tod Colegrove, is now dean of the Albertsons Library at Boise State.
