Carson City health officials to discuss teen vaping epidemic Monday at Parent Education Night
During Monday’s event, Juvenile Services will partner with Carson City Health and Human Services to talk about e-cigarettes and vaping products, the extent of the youth vaping epidemic, short-term and long-term effects of vaping, help parents explain how to talk to their children and provide resources for quitting tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes.
Youth and families are encouraged to attend. The meeting is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Carson City Juvenile Services, Probation Office, 740 S. Saliman Road. See the information flyers below.
