A 45-year-old transient man was arrested near Retail Drive after allegedly masturbating at a coffee shop.
According to the arrest report, deputies responded to the business on report of indecent exposure. They made contact with a supervisor of the business who said an employee had seen a regular customer masturbating in a chair facing the coffee bar where employees were working.

She told him again to leave, at which point he became angry and said he was going to contact his attorney and “get her in trouble.” He was told a third time to leave, at which point he he called her a “f*cking bitch” and left, headed East.
Deputies located the man and asked him what happened. He said that he had “forgotten” he was at the coffee shop, and he then said he had gone to the bathroom and forgotten to zip his pants up, at which point his genitals “fell out of his pants.”

— A 45-year-old woman was arrested for vehicle burglary in the 1500 block of N. Nevada Street after allegedly stealing from a woman’s car before returning to a home she claimed she owned but did not.
According to the arrest report, Leah Louise Turner was arrested after deputies received a report that the owner of a vehicle had gotten into her car where she located a woman, later identified as Turner, inside of her vehicle. The woman was carrying a yoga mat and, according to the owner, had stolen clothes and the vehicle registration to the car.
While searching the area, deputies responded to a residence on report of a woman inside the house that the reporting party was in the process of purchasing.
Upon arrival at the residence, deputies stated that the door to the house was open and a blue bag and yoga mat could be seen from the front door. Turner came from the rear of the residence to the front door. Deputies detained her and placed her into handcuffs.
The original reporting party came on scene, positively identified Turner as the woman who had been inside her car, and identified the dress she was wearing as belonging to her. They also located another black dress inside the residence that the reporting party stated belonged to her as well.
Turner later told deputies that she had only stolen a black dress from the vehicle. She admitted to breaking into the vehicle, stealing the two dresses and some coffee mugs. She said she had done so due to being desperate.
She told deputies that she owned the house she’d been found in, however, and that it had been willed to her.
She was transported to the jail without incident for felony vehicle burglary.
