Crime Log: Carson City man arrested for stealing electric wrench
Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested David Lee Potts, 30, a Carson City man, at 4 p.m. Thursday. Potts was arrested for felony allegations of grand larceny of an electric wrench (worth $1,200). Bail is set at $25,000.
Officers also made the following arrests for misdemeanor allegations:
- A 45-year-old man for obstructing and delaying a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, and reckless driving.
- A 22-year-old Carson City man for violation of a suspended sentence.
- A 47-year-old Carson City man for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, driving under suspended registration, and a failure to appear traffic warrant in his name.
- A 24-year-old Carson City man for a contempt of court warrant in his name.
- A 25-year-old Carson City woman for first-offense domestic battery.
- A 22-year-old Carson City man for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer.
- A 38-year-old Carson City woman for violation of probation and violation of a temporary protection order.
- A 23-year-old Carson City woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
- A 34-year-old Carson City woman for first-offense domestic battery and contempt of court.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
