Carson Lanes sells for $5 million; includes shops, restaurants and nearby liquor store property
The Carson Lanes Family Fun Center in Carson City has sold for $5 million, according to Nevada Commercial Group.
Following the death of former owner Eugene Burger, who passed away in 2021 from COVID-19, the property was listed at $7.9 million.
In addition to the bowling alley, shops and restaurants, the sale also included the property of Aloha Discount Wine and Liquor.
The new owner of the property is Kipp Gstettenbauer of Mountain Pacific Development Group, who is currently seeking out new tenants for some of the vacant storefronts within the Fun Center.
Prices for tenants range from $800 to $2,500 per month depending on the space, with office spaces upstairs beginning at $600 per month.
The bowling center will reopen Thursday under the new name of Homegrown Bowl, Bar and Billiards, according to Northern Nevada Business Weekly.
