February gaming revenue down 11.9 percent in Carson City area, up 11.5 percent statewide
Casinos in Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and all other areas of Douglas County except for south shore Tahoe reported gaming revenue, also called "gaming win" at $9,652,981 compared to $10,959,943 in 2022.
Elsewhere, casinos at south shore Tahoe were down 3.89 percent in February, Reno was down 10.42 percent, while Sparks casinos reported a gaming win increase of 4.92 percent.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,237,272,530 for the month of February 2023. This amounts to an 11.15 percent increase compared to February 2022, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,113,133,855.
