Small business resource fair Tuesday to help jump start or grow Carson City area businesses
The Lieutenant Governor’s Office of Small Business Advocacy presents its first Carson City Small Business Resource Fair on October 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Casino Fandango.
The fair is free to attend and will have information and various resources on marketing, licensing, legal, business training, childcare and other resources useful to small businesses.
“We have amazing partners and other state offices excited to be a part of our resources fair and match our small business owners with the departments and resources specific to their needs,” said Melissa Saavedra, program manager at the OSBA northern Nevada office.
Sponsoring partners include Adams Hubs for Innovation, Prominence Health Plan, Nevada State Development Corporation, Yelp, Governor’s Office of Economic Development, State of Nevada Department of Business &
Industry.
