Jordan has made a nationwide splash as the Miss America local candidate with the most princesses in the country. Priding herself on being both compassionate and competent, Jordan inspires her princesses to volunteer in their communities! They have completed well over 1,000 hours of service!
The Nevada State Princesses do not actually compete within the organization. They are merely mentored by candidates vying for a state title. They will perform a dance during both nights of Miss Nevada Competition. Encouraging public speaking skills, community involvement and academic excellence in these young girls will enable them to be outstanding competitors at Miss Nevada when they are of age to compete and incredible role models for the peers until then. Gone are the days where women were scored on their ability to walk in a swimsuit and stilettos!
Jordan is a fierce advocate for her social impact initiative Operation Appreciation: Saluting Those Who Serve! She has prepared 1,600 care packages to be delivered overseas to our deployed military, hosted numerous veteran benefit events and participated in many military homecoming receptions. Jordan will speak to her passion for respecting the sacrifices made by our military on the Miss Nevada stage during the competition at Bally’s Lake Tahoe on July 1 at 6pm. Jordan founded Operation Appreciation after her younger brother joined the United States Marine Corps.
Tackling the talent portion of competition is nothing new to this woman! Jordan has been dancing for as long she can remember; she was a competitive dancer in Northern Nevada for 13 years. Jordan is performing a tribute routine to Kelly Clarkson’s emotional masterpiece “Piece By Piece.” She will showcase her acrobatic and lyrical work in her dance routine.
