Carson City's Catmandu holding fundraiser in honor of Betty White
In honor of Betty White, known for her animal activism and advocacy, Catmandu, a no-kill, cage-free cat rescue and sanctuary in Carson City is holding a Giving Grid fundraising drive in her name.
Catmandu, located at 1829 Brown Street in Carson City, Nev., is a no-kill home-between-homes for cats who have been rescued and are waiting for their fur-ever homes. It is also a sanctuary for less adoptable cats who call Catmandu home for years or a lifetime.
It features multiple open rooms, a huge outdoor catio and fenced yard, and will soon be opening a cat lounge called The Happy Place.
Catmandu provides shelter, food, medical care, and lots of TLC to approximately 100 cats at any given time.
Please help them raise their target goal of $2,500 by Betty’s birthday on Jan. 17, 2022. Make a donation and, if desired, post a picture of your pet on the Giving Grid in Betty's honor. Your generous donation is tax deductible.
Please visit the Giving Grid through one of the various sites listed below.
Also, remember Catmandu is your source of cat and kitten adoptions. Adopt. Don't shop.
Thank you on behalf of the Staff & Kitties of Catmandu.
