Girls on the Run Sierras brings character building summer camp to Carson City, registration open

This year, GOTR is bringing a week-long, half-day summer camp to Carson City for the first time this August. The camp will be from August 7-11 at the Carson City Community Center and registration for Camp GOTR is open.

Cat staff at the shelter is obsessed with his beautiful tuxedo fur, and it’s great that he loves to be brushed too. He is built like a Saint Bernard version of a cat with big paws and legs. Shelter staff loves cuddling with him and helping him play with scratching posts.

Beginning tonight, Wednesday, June 21, and weather permitting, food trucks will pull up to the BAC campus, 449 West King Street, every Wednesday through August 23 from 5 to 8 p.m.
