Nancie Marie Turner, 31, and Lori Lynn Stephens, 40, are each being held on $50,000 bail and face charges of burglary and intent to burglarize.

NDOT is in the second phase of a multi-year study of the Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) tax, which would replace the existing fuel tax and be levied based on the number of miles a car travels rather than the amount of gas it consumes.

High school rock band regroups after connecting on Facebook

"None of this would have happened if it weren't for Facebook," said Joe Moody, drummer and one of three members of the original band, Rocksalt. "I stayed in touch, playing over the years with a couple of the guys, but there were other members who had fallen off the face of the earth."
Former Chicago Broker Missing 32 Years Found, Arrested In Las Vegas

Arthur Gerald Jones, 72, was arrested July 19 and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on four felony charges relating to identity theft and fraud. Bail was set at $20,000 following an initial appearance July 21.

Secretary of State Investigators Arrest Southern Nevada Man in Multi-State Ponzi Scheme

The criminal complaint filed by Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto charges that Seibt was essentially operating a Ponzi scheme that victimized investors in Nevada and several other states.
