Looking for a safe and fun place to bring the kids trick-or-treating this Halloween? Visit Nevada Humane Society in Carson City. On Halloween night, Nevada Humane Society offers safe, indoor trick-or-treating and Halloween fun.
Bring the family to check out spooky decorations, visit with staff, volunteers and animals in costume, and of course, enjoy trick-or-treating with free candy for kids in costume.

You can also get involved by donating Halloween candy — individually wrapped candy is preferred. This event goes through over 500lbs of candy! Tax-deductible donations may be made during regular pet adoption hours leading up to the day of Halloween at the Carson City or Reno shelter.
Nevada Humane Society is open for adoptions seven days a week at two locations from 11am to 6:30pm and an hour earlier at 10am on Saturday. For pet adoptions in Reno, visit 2825 Longley Lane. For pet adoptions in Carson City, visit 549 Airport Road.
