Create Reader-Submitted Content

Use the form below to submit stories, press releases, photos and videos. If content is connected to a future event, you can include the date and time below to add it to our events calendar. An editor will review your submission to determine if it is appropriate for addition to the site.

Please read the following tips to ensure your submission is properly formatted and published promptly:

—Please include your name. Opinion submissions will not be published without a name. -Please DO NOT USE ALL CAPS. There is no need to shout, even in a headline.

-If your submission is tied to a future event, enter that date in the Event Date form below and it will appear in our Events Calendar, which will help more people to see it.

-Write a good headline that describes the subject clearly. Sometimes, the reader may only see the headline, so makes sure it says something that will get readers to click on it.

-If you have questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Also, please read our terms of use.

To submit, hit the Save button at the bottom. You will see a "Thank You" page if your item has been received.

Temporary Bug: If you see an error while uploading photos, hit the "add another item" button under the photo upload box, and the photo should appear. If you still have problems, please email photos to editor@carsonnow.org.
