Thursday happenings in Carson City and beyond
The Washoe Zephyr is a double-sided coin. The breeze is a welcome reprieve from hot summer afternoons and can do wonders clearing the smoke from the valley. On the other hand, that wind does local firefighters no favors if it just helps push the fire line faster. There may be some relief from the bad air today, but you’ll still want to take it easy. If you’re starting to feel the effects of cabin-fever, take a drive out to Dangberg Home Historic Ranch in Minden for their special presentation of ‘Whose History is it Anyways?’ The High Altitude Improv Players will take history down a very funny road. Local favorite, Ev Musselman, returns to the stage at Living the Good Life for an evening of singing, dancing, and good times.
