Dog Town Canine Rescue
Last Sunday Dog Town rescued five young puppies found abandoned in Wilson Canyon. The puppies were picked up by a resident of the Walker River – Schurz Reservation, who then contacted Dog Town to take the puppies.
The puppies are in relatively good health, although it is unknown when they were abandoned. The mixed-breed puppies will be available for adoption after they are fully vaccinated and wormed. There is also a post-adoption spay/neuter contract and refundable deposit required, since they will still be too young to fix when they become available.
