Lyon County Human Services (LCHS) is seeking community input through a new survey aimed at understanding and addressing barriers that may prevent eligible residents from accessing vital services.
As part of ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery, LCHS is encouraging individuals who may qualify for services but are not currently utilizing them to share their insights. The brief, 5-minute survey is designed to gather feedback on potential obstacles and identify opportunities for improvement.

We are committed to ensuring everyone in Lyon County has access to the support they need. This survey will help us better understand the challenges people face and guide us in making services more accessible and effective.
Community organizations, service providers, and residents are encouraged to share the survey widely with those who may benefit from LCHS services. A flyer, complete with a QR code linking to the survey, is also available for distribution.
