Unsilent Night is an annual, non-denominational holiday tradition. In a modern twist on caroling, the night starts when participants join together at the Brewery Arts Center and use their smartphones and portable speakers to play aloud one of four interconnected compositions.

“The result is a magical wall of sound that morphs and moves through Carson City during a 45 minute walk of the historic West Side,” a spokesperson said.

Participants will gather outside at the Brewery Arts Center by the East Building at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21.

The event is free and open to all.

Prior to arrival, download Phil Kline’s Unsling Night app on Apple IOS or Android, and bring a portable speaker that can connect to your phone.

Please wear warm and reflective clothing for safety.

The Brewery Arts Center is located at 449 W. King Street in Carson City.
