Motorists on their way home from work Friday afternoon we given an uplifting send off to Easter weekend by Carson City resident E.D. Crouser, well known in the area for waving signs with positive messages.
Crouser was at the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 East and Fairview Drive/East College Parkway during rush hour late Friday afternoon, waving a two-sided sign that read “Happy Easter Weekend” and “Every Day is a Good Day.”
