Nevada Sage Alliance is inviting the Carson City community to come together this holiday season through the Angel Tree 2025 program—an effort designed to bring comfort, dignity, and a little extra joy to families who are struggling. The initiative is hosted in partnership with Physician’s Surgery Center of Nevada, where staff will fulfill wish list tags and help ensure that local families receive meaningful support right when they need it most.
For families experiencing financial hardship—whether temporary or ongoing—the holidays can be a time of stress rather than celebration. Angel Tree 2025 aims to change that through a simple, community-driven process that treats every recipient with respect and care.
How the Angel Tree Works
Nevada Sage Alliance collects wish list requests from local families using a short, private form. Each wish list includes 3–5 items—focusing on practical needs, a small personal treat, and a preferred item or category that brings comfort or joy.
Once collected, NSA creates anonymous gift tags and places them on the Angel Tree located at Physician’s Surgery Center of Nevada. The center’s staff select tags, purchase gifts, and return them to be distributed to families between December 18–22.
All personal information remains strictly confidential. Families submitting requests will never have names, addresses, or contact details displayed or shared. Nevada Sage Alliance handles all coordination to ensure a smooth, discreet, and respectful process.

Who Can Request Assistance?
Angel Tree 2025 is open to any local household facing financial strain, unexpected hardship, limited seasonal income, or other challenges that make the holidays difficult. Nevada Sage Alliance cannot guarantee full fulfillment of every request, but the organization works diligently to help as many families as possible through its growing network of community partners.
