The woman stated she observed the suspect throwing rocks at the apartment and said the suspect then got scared and ran off. The witness did not provide any further information about the incident and was visibly concerned about the location of the suspect, the report states.
A deputy observed the apartment window, which had two holes in the glass and observed glass on the ground in the rocks.
At around 5:30 a.m. deputies were advised the suspect was at the Roop Street apartment and was in an altercation in the parking lot. Deputies located the female victim standing on the sidewalk and appeared to be in distress. She stated the suspect attacked her while she was getting out of the man’s vehicle.
The victim told deputies she returned to the apartment to talk with the man after the previous incident. She stated that when she exited the man’s vehicle to get into another car to head back to Reno, the suspect grabbed her by the hair and hit her. She stated she didn’t know where the suspect came from. The deputy did not observed any bruising or marks at the time of the interview. The victim provided a witness statement.
The male victim has a Ring camera facing the front door of his apartment.
