Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies responded early Monday evening to a vehicle accident involving a bicycle rider in the area of Seely Loop and North Saliman Road.
At 5:05 p.m. Carson City dispatch alerted of the accident involving the bicycle rider and a vehicle. Carson City Fire Department responders arriving on scene report the rider was up and walking around. The vehicle in the collision remained on scene.
The accident happened near a stop sign, according to dispatch. Motorists can expect delays as fire department personnel are checking on the rider for injuries.
