High Sierra Swing Dance Club invites the public to its seventh-annual Spring Ball dinner-dance on April 26 at the Carson Nugget, 507 N. Carson St., Carson City.
The semi-formal/formal-attire evening begins with hors d'oeuvres and no-host cocktails at 5:30 p.m. and continues with dance performances at 6:30, buffet dinner at 7, open dancing 8-11 pm to West Coast swing,
nightclub two-step, country two-step, waltz and Latin tunes.

High Sierra Swing Dance Club invites the public to its sixth-annual anniversary Spring Ball dinner-dance on April 27 at the Carson Nugget, 507 N. Carson St., Carson City.
Dust off your evening gowns and neckties for an evening of great food and even-better dancing. The semi formal/formal-attire evening begins with no-host cocktails at 6 p.m.

West Coast swing dancing sponsored by High Sierra Swing Dance Club, El Charro Avitia Restaurant, 4389 S. Carson St., Carson City, every Tuesday, 5:30-9 p.m., free. Preceded by lessons by Tim Renner, beginning at 5:30 p.m. and intermediate at 6:15 p.m., lessons $8 each. No partner necessary for either event.
