Lecture Thursday at BAC features noted expert in brain-body connection

Doctor to talk about painkiller addictions and pain management

On Thursday, June 18, Partnership Carson City and Sierra Nevada Forums will host a guest speaker, Dr. Mel Pohl, who will discuss “Medications, Addiction and Pain Management.” 

The public forum begins at 6 p.m. and doors open at 5:30 p.m. Admittance is free but donations are accepted. The location is the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall, 449 W. King St., Carson City.
