The grocery chain decided in February to turn the property at 3325 Highway 50 East into a Food Maxx grocery store, a warehouse-style brand owned by Save Mart Supermarkets, Inc.

The victims did not suffer life threatening injuries, said Lt. Brian Humphrey. Detectives are actively using the information they have to pursue the suspect.
