COVID-19 Task Force takes action on high transmission risk counties such as Carson City, Lyon and more

The Nevada COVID-19 Mitigation and Management Task Force met with nine counties flagged for having an elevated risk of transmission of COVID-19.

Carson City, Clark, Elko, Humboldt, Lincoln, Lyon, Nye and Washoe counties’ plans were previously approved by the Task Force.

Carson City Health and Human Services is reporting Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020 that there are 42 new cases and 46 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County region. This brings the total number of cases to 2,835, with 2,094 recoveries and 27 deaths; 714 cases remain active.

Concept E Bikes has been providing bicycles with electric motors seamlessly built into their design throughout Carson City for over two years, based out of their location on Research Way.

Carson City Health and Human Services is reporting Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020 that there are 45 new cases and 35 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County region. Twenty of these additional new cases are from the Warm Springs Correctional Facility in Carson City. This brings the total number of cases to 2,738, with 2,008 recoveries and 27 deaths; 703 cases remain active.
