The pacific salmon fishing industry is a $3 billion dollar industry that has had a significant cultural and natural impact on the Pacific Northwest and the United States as a whole.
Unfortunately, populations of pacific salmon in the Pacific Northwest have declined significantly in the last century.
This not only poses a significant threat to the local economy, but it has had major repercussions for the ecosystem and the cultures of the native peoples of the Northwest.

First, the estimated growth rate of U.S. gross domestic product (GDP) – that is, the annual rate of growth for America’s economy – was revised upward to 3.1 percent for the second quarter of 2017.
Second, the Trump Administration has eliminated 16 regulations for every regulation it has implemented.

At noon Friday, access from both ends of the USA Parkway opened, allowing drivers to travel the 18-plus-mile roadway extension between I-80 west of Fernley and U.S. 50 near Silver Springs.

Then, medical Doctors and Insurance companies began to lobby government to 'regulate' (i.e. monopolize) health care to 'improve' it.

Starbucks to expand Carson Valley distribution facility with $50 million investment
