Man jailed on 20K bail after giving fake name, then fleeing from Carson City deputy

A 21-year-old man arrested Tuesday faces a felony charge of providing false information to a law enforcement officer to avoid prosecution following an incident that happened in December, a Carson City sheriff's deputy said in a report.

Obituary: Judi Mills, Dec. 14, 1946 to Jan. 24, 2019

Judi Mills, 72 years old, passed away Thursday morning on Jan. 24, 2019. She is survived by her husband, Lee, sisters Dixie and Patty, daughter, Sherryl and her son, Gary. Judi was born on Dec. 14, 1946 in Costa Mesa, Calif.

She later moved to Parker, AZ where she would remain until she moved to Gardnerville, Nev., with her daughter. A few years later, she met and married her husband Lee.

She enjoyed hiking, fishing, gardening and following a healthy lifestyle. She was also an exceptional artist, baker and loved to cook. She will be truly missed.
