Washoe, Douglas authorities look at whether south Reno deaths, Gardnerville murders are linked

Authorities from both Washoe and Douglas counties are also attempting to determine whether the Reno deaths and those of two Douglas County women are linked.

Not only that, but they had no leads, no description of a suspect and no motive.

Both murders were committed within a mile of each other in the Gardnerville Ranchos area and the suspect remains at large.

A man was taken into custody late Sunday night after leading Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputies on a high speed pursuit that began in the Dresslerville area between the suspect and Washoe Tribal Police Officers after attempting to serve the suspect a warrant.

The concert was the result of a partnership between the nonprofit Brewery Arts Center (BAC) and the Casino Fandango and Convention Center in Carson City, and organizers are planning another show in March of 2019.

According to West, the damage to the interior was so severe from years of misuse and decay, that the only parts to remain of the original establishment will be the exterior stone walls and cast iron columns.

The media that cover the conference have picked the University of Nevada to win its third-straight Mountain West championship. Three Wolf Pack players — Jordan Caroline and Caleb and Cody Martin — were named Preseason All-Conference and Jordan Brown was named Preseason Freshman of the Year.
