May 15, 2023 - 8:00am The Capital City Arts Initiative is delighted to announce that its $500 2023 Aim scholarship was awarded to Paloma Moon from Douglas High School, for her Scarlett, pen & ink drawing. The award was juried from the "Spring Forward 2023" exhibition with art by 36 students from Carson, Dayton, Douglas, and Pioneer high schools.
