Fire units are enroute to a report of a chimney fire at a home at 1851 No. Nevada. Resident said he came home to find his home filled with smoke.
CC Firefighters enroute to a report of brush fire on Buzzy’s Ranch Road
Submitted by on Mon, 11/30/2009 - 8:55am8:16am: Fire found to be an illegal burn. Resident illegally burning brush on his property without a control burn permit from the fire department. Fire extinguished.
Three teens nabbed as graffiti sprayers, but the cops couldn’t make it stick. No witness cooperation. Wouldn’t or couldn’t finger them.

CC Deputies raced to Stanton Arms Apartments Tuesday night on a report of three latino teens spraying graffiti on apartments.
Air traffic returns to the CC Airport. Or at least to part of it.

They’re about half done refurbishing the Carson City Airport’s main runway. The other half will be done early next year.

An all too common occurrence. Putting too much of a load on a single electrical wall outlet, and flames shoot up the wall.
Many CC low income school kids need coats! So get those coats down there!!
