A reply to a reply to a ...(good grief...!)

Rich Dunn's reply, with a title addressed personally to me, illustrates the deep, irreconcilable mental and psychological divide between the two Parties, and the pavlovian response so typical of Democrats -- attack the messenger, not the message. What makes it especially funny is that the best argument for the Democrats to vote for their candidate in AD40 was that he had been a good... Republican...? It's a free country and you can call yourself whatever you want, just as the people are free to see you for who you are.

And so the people have spoken yesterday.

Letter: DA Rombardo wrong, misrepresents facts

For several months, I have tried to show voters what kind of a District Attorney I would be with a principled, professional, hard-working campaign.

That’s why it was disappointing to read Mr. Rombardo’s letter. He’s entitled to an opinion on the race. And, although it’s not my style, if he chooses to express his opinion as an attack against me rather than approval of my opponent, that’s up to him.

But he doesn’t get to be untruthful.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Mark Amodei (NV-2) today released the following statement on the 13th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks:

“There is a commemorative license plate in Nevada featuring the words ‘United We Stand’ and ‘We Will Never Forget.’ On this 13th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, my thoughts and prayers continue to go out to the 2,977 victims whose lives were mindlessly taken by evil men in the name of radical Islam.

9/11 .. Where I Was (When the World Stopped Turning) that September Day

My thoughts after hearing the song –
“Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning”
9.11
Where I Was (When the World Stopped Turning)
That September Day

That Tuesday morning my girls rushed to school
With a wave as they ran out the door
I turned on the TV to Good Morning America
Didn’t notice as my coffee hit the floor

As I stood there in shock thinking this can't be real
The screams and the flames how they grew
And then through the smoke a camera focused in
As a plane hit Tower #2

All my worst fears were filling the screen
I didn’t know what I should do first
