Carson Nugget to host Memorial Day barbecue, the first of four summer events

On Monday, Memorial Day, from 1-7 p.m. the Carson Nugget will host the first BBQ of the season. This event is free to the public and offers fun for all ages.
New adventure events complement Lake Tahoe South summer line-up

Sierra Recon, a high-energy, multi-distance obstacle race screaming the amped premise, “Everyone loves carnage” is set for July 14 at Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort, while the Lake Tahoe Adventure Motorcycle Ride and Rendezvous celebrates the freedom of the wide open road, Aug. 23-26.
Canine athlete agility show in Carson City

The dog agility sport debuted in England and is now one of the top dog sports in the world.
