Eggstravaganza returns to Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City March 30-31
The annual Eggstravaganza is back at the Nevada State Railroad Museum Saturday March 30 and Sunday March 31.
The fun begins both days at 9 a.m. and continues through 4:30 p.m.

All day – Museum Egg Search
Find an egg in the museum and go to the store for a goodie bag! Limited to one egg per child. (Valid with either museum admission or wristband).
Train Rides
Hop on at Wabuska Depot! The Edwards and McKeen Motor Cars will run from 10 am–4 pm. Each train ride is about 30 minutes long.
10 a.m. – Friends of the Museum Eggstra Special Egg Hunt
Find a Golden Ticket in your egg and exchange it for something special! Proceeds support the Friends of the Nevada State Railroad Museum. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Museum Admissions Desk. $25 per child or $60 for three children
Egg Hunt
11am – Gibson Park Egg Hunt (ages 1–5)
1pm – Gibson Park Egg Hunt (ages 6–10)
Please use the sign-in sheet at Gibson Park before the hunt starts.
Other Activities
Messy Kids Art Studio ($5 activities and art)
Story Time Photography with Easter Bunny ($15 printed photos)
Vintage tractors and engines display (available only on March 30)
Battle Born Grange animal experience (available only on March 30)
