Flocchini Family Provisions Italian Stuffing
Growing up in a large Italian family, the holiday season is always celebrated with two things – bringing the entire family together and eating a delicious home cooked meal. Our family has been in the meat business since the 1930’s, so any holiday where you leave the table feeling anything but stuffed is considered uneventful.
We came to the Carson Valley less than a year ago with the vision of sharing our traditional family recipes and techniques with a greater audience. We sought to bring simple ingredients free of artificial additives to the public, and produce small, handcrafted batches of sausages that would pay homage to our rich Italian heritage. This Thanksgiving I find myself incredibly thankful for not only my family, but the entire Carson Valley community that has graciously embraced us and Flocchini Family Provisions. I hope you enjoy recreating one of our favorite family recipes.
