John Palmore on The Brother Dan Show, November 14
Monday marks the appearance of music industry veteran John Palmore on The Brother Dan Show. This talented keyboardist/singer served as musical director for Bill Pinkney’s “Original Drifters” for many years. That experience led to international touring and playing with artists such as Jackie Wilson, Mary Wells, Wilson Pickett, Percy Sledge, and The Platters.
Palmore will join host Brother Dan Palmer for an afternoon of stories and music at the Bank Saloon in Carson City. The show welcomes a live audience starting at 4:30pm, and the Facebook broadcast starts at 5:00pm at www.facebook.com/brotherdanpalmer
The Brother Dan Show Show offers audiences a chance to get to know a wide variety of skilled musical artists, as they improvise and make music together, often for the first time. In person, attendees can enjoy free munchies from local restaurant Mangia Tutto during the show, along with a great selection of craft cocktails.
The Bank Saloon is located at 418 S. Carson St. in Carson City and offers a weekly line-up of entertainment, including The Brother Dan Show on Mondays, plus a selection of local musical acts on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
