Third Annual Art Studio Tour with Carson Valley Arts Council returns Oct. 14 - 15
Plan an arts weekend getaway in the beautiful Carson Valley for Oct. 14 and 15, 2023.
Thirteen studios with 15 artists are featured on the free third annual Carson Valley Art Studio Tour. Meet the artists and learn about their creative process. All artists will have some of their work for sale.
The Tour includes the studios of artists Teri Sweeney, western watercolor artist; Sheri Greves-Neilson, western oils, watercolors and drawings; Lee Lewis watercolor and silk; Pietro Accardi, marbled paper and fabric; Roger Kinnaman, pastels, oils and sculpture; Rielynn Lunde - Photography and Tintype; Terri Dickerson, silver jewelry; Tina Forkner, Watercolor; Bob Fairbanks, bronze sculptures; PK Klein, multiple media – watercolor, acrylic, monotype and copperplate prints, silver smithing, beaded jewelry; Michelle Mulligan, pottery; and Melanie Walters, watercolor.
Two artists at the Douglas Co. Historical Museum are Ashlee Anderson, digital and cards and Constance Peters, photography and watercolor silk scarfs.
Three artists at the Gardnerville Station are Irene Taylor, Watercolor, Batik and Ceramic Garden Art; Mark Harris, oil landscapes and Mark Thompkins, watercolor.
