New 370-unit apartment community joins Carson City landscape on West Clearview
Property management company Kromer Investments has opened its first development in Carson City, the Carson Hills Apartments, on West Clearview Drive.
The 370-unit apartment complex has one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with rental rates starting at $1,550. It offers a large community area, game room, and a fitness center featuring Peloton bikes with complimentary fitness accounts for residents. There's also a fitness trail, bocce ball court and outdoor gym.
Carson Hills’ apartment homes come with smart apartment features, cable, and Internet services. Each apartment home features a smart lock, smart thermostat, and smart light switches that can be controlled by the resident’s smartphone, according to a news release.
Gigabit Internet and DirecTV cable with DVR, HBO, and Cinemax is included in the rental rate. Gigabit Internet is a necessity for many renters who may be working from home during the day and streaming movies and TV shows at night, the news release states.
Kromer Investments, Inc. says it is confident that providing these additional services will set their community apart at a time when Internet is beginning to be seen more as a utility rather than an entertainment service, according to the news release.
