Carson High Football Hosts Beattie Alumni Bowl
The Carson High School Football team is excited to invite the community to the 2nd Annual Beattie Alumni Bowl on Wednesday, May 24th, from 6-8pm at Carson High School's Football Field. This event is a chance for the alumni of the CHS Football team to come back and compete against the current CHS Football team in a no pads passing scrimmage.
Following last year's successful event, the CHS Football team is eager to host the 2nd Annual Beattie Alumni Bowl. The scrimmage provides a unique opportunity for current and former players to connect and showcase their skills in a fun and competitive environment.
This year, the game's name was changed to honor the late Connor Beattie, a former CHS football alumni that passed away earlier this year. Connor Beattie graduated in 2011 and played on 2 Sierra League Champion Football Teams, as a running back and a linebacker.
The CHS Football team is proud to have such a dedicated and passionate community, and they are looking forward to once again showcasing their talents. The event is completely free and open to the public. If anyone is interested in getting involved or has any questions, please reach out to Justin Barlow at jbarlow@carson.k12.nv.us.
So come on out and join us for the 2nd Annual Beattie Alumni Bowl, and show your support for the Carson High School Football team and the community. We hope to see you there!
