Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance Comes to Carson City Library
Seniors are invited to join "Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance" at the Carson City Library, 900 N. Roop St. Carson City, for a 12-session class on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., starting April 18 and continuing through July 13. This class is free and open to the public.
Research shows Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance improves muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility as well as reduces the risk of falls among older adults.
Instruction is provided by Lisa K. Taylor, UNR Extension Educator, in partnership with Carson City Library.
