Reno retirement community ranks in the top 15 percent nationwide for customer service

Mountain Lakes Estates Retirement Living, an all-inclusive rental community for adults 55-plus, is the proud recipient of the Pinnacle Quality Insights’ 2022 Customer Experience Award.
To qualify, Mountain Lakes Estates satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average in the categories of Overall Satisfaction, Cleanliness, Response to Problems, Dignity and Respect, Move-In Process, Recommend to Others, and Overall Customer Experience.
Administrator Nate Williams describes receiving the award as the ultimate validation from those who matter most — the community’s residents. “We’re here to be of service to our residents, and to make their lives as simple as possible so they can enjoy the freedom of retirement,” said Williams.
Mountain Lakes Estates opened in 2020 to serve a new generation of seniors – those who prefer the freedom and benefits of community living versus the hassles of home ownership. “Residents living at Mountain Lakes Estates use their time and energy doing whatever it is they love to do,” said Williams. “They are travelers, lifelong learners, golfers, artists and movie buffs. They ask, ‘Why cook for myself when there’s an executive chef grilling steaks and serving me Margaritas?’”
According to Williams, team members participate in annual development programs and training exercises to ensure consistent, quality, and resident-centered service and support. Through signature MVP Action and Ageless Dreams programs, team members enhance the lives of residents every day, in personal and unique ways.
Qualifying for Pinnacle Quality Insights’ 2022 Customer Experience Award
Over the course of 2021, a sampling of Mountain Lakes Estates’ residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate the community in specific categories. Additionally, every month Mountain Lakes Estates gathered real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary.
