In the Truckee Community Recreation Center, Heather and Michael Llewellyn hosted an extensive exhibition about the health of our forests in "FOREST FIRE." In this video, they give us a tour of the show and include vital information about our forests and adjacent ecosystems.

Chapter 7 of the Disabled American Veterans in Carson City is hosting a spaghetti feed and town hall on May 18 at 5 pm. Dinner starts at 5 pm. Presentations from various veteran's agencies and groups will occur between 6 pm and 8 pm.

The public is invited to attend the meeting which takes place March 26th at noon in the Brewery Arts Center’s Grand Ballroom.

Browsers Corner Book Store is celebrating 10 years of supporting the Carson City Library on April 6. Browsers is the main fundraising mechanism for the Friends of the Carson City Library and relies on the generosity of our community through donations that are sold at the bookstore.
